Incorrect Items Received:
If you receive the wrong product, kindly contact us within 2 days of the purchase date and provide proof of purchase. You can reach us via email at sales@itshopmaldives.com or call our hotline at 3005999. To expedite the process, please provide us with a clear picture of the item. We will verify the details and arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you at no additional charge, subject to availability. In some cases, we may request you to bring the item to our shop for inspection. Please note that only unused and undamaged items in their original condition will be accepted for exchange. If the desired product is out of stock, you will have the option for a refund or exchange. This policy is applicable only for orders within Male' and Hulhumale’ .
Extended Return Period for "Delivery to Ferry" Option:
Customers who choose the "Delivery to Ferry" option are eligible for an extended return period of 7 days. Within this timeframe, you need to visit our shop and return the product. Similar to the standard return policy, only unused and undamaged items will be accepted for exchange.
Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please notify us within 2 days of the purchase date and provide proof of purchase. For customers who opt for the "Delivery to Ferry" option, the return period is extended to 7 days. Upon contacting us, we will arrange for the product to be collected and registered for testing. Within 2 working days, we will communicate the result of the evaluation. If the product is found to be manufactured defective and returned within the specified periods, you are eligible for a refund or an exchange. For products returned beyond these periods, you may claim warranty, if applicable. Otherwise, we will provide you with a repair quotation.
Exchanges and Refunds:
Exchanges can only be made for goods of equal value or as part payment for higher-valued items. Unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for exchanges involving lower-priced items. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
